Let me get this straight, we r already paying more than the wfhl? Why r we raising it then?
It's only this yr that u pay ahead. Every other yr u just pay the yearly entrance fees so I think that is feasible.

I agree 3rd should only get his money back and the rookie award should go to a player with less than 40 nhl games played.
