This means ur a dummy and u have 1 injury sub this month and no anytime subs for the rest of the yr cause u r a retard.

3. MONTHLY ROSTER CHANGES/INJURY SUBS/ AND ANYTIME SUBS

(i) Roster changes will be made once a month

(ii) Roster changes will be posted on the site by the 1st of the month at noon

(iii) You must have 12 forwards, 6 defenceman and 2 goalies on your starting roster at all times.

(iv) YOU MUST PLAY YOUR BEST PLAYERS THE FIRST AVAILABLE CHANCE YOU CAN TO AVOID POSSIBLE TANKING BY ANY TEAM. Commissioner Dubreuil will insert best players if obvious violations regarding to tanking occur or neglect to insert best/healthy players, etc. does not occur by the GM.

(v) Each Gm can substitute 1 INJURED player per month.

(vi) Once the injured player is healthy you may re-insert him back into your roster before his 2nd game back (in the month that he was substituted) or the option will no longer be available.

(vii) You will not be penalized if you implement your injured player back in and he doesn’t end up playing that game. The substituted players points will still count (IE. sometimes players say they are ready to go after an injury but still get held back a game or two).

(viii) This rule will apply to both the Monthly Injury Sub and the Free Anytime Sub, if you use the sub on a injured player.

(ix) Each Gm is allowed 3 ANYTIME SUBS throughout the year. It DOES NOT have to be for an injured player.

(x) An injured or anytime sub and the re-insertmant of that injured player can only be made before the start of the first game that either player involved in the transaction plays that day.

So in short.... Everyone gets 3 anytime subs
November you used 1 - Okposo in for Henrique
December you used 2 - Miller in for Crawford
January you used 3 - Steen in for Roy
