Jens, the smart one...............keep trading all your players for picks!

that's the only thing you have on everyone in every pool. you can brag about the fact that you have nice assets.

once upon a time, I told this to a felllow GM who is now top in a league, "if 20% of all your picks and prospects turn out, you are laughing!" In turn, he traded most of them for real players, and is now in the top 3, and will be there for a while, with a great chance of winning.

keep trying to build your team with first round picks!

It's funny that you said that Billy because you and Kats vetoes the Miller/Thomas trade.
Thomas beat Miller in pts last year and will probably beat him again this year. Oh, don't forget the 2nd rd pick I was also giving Willy.
Anyway, thanks for vetoing the trade for for me guys.

So I was thinking, Angelo traded for Thomas in the WFHL. He gave up a 3rd and 5th rounder (which I think was a bit of an overpayment but he needed a goalie). So if we translate that to the FHCL the trade would look something like this....

Miller

for

2nd, 3rd and a 5th

Vic I have made you look very silly on these forums (and you usually don`t respond)....and Ill do it again right now.

When its time for a league vote, and I voted against whatever you wanted...you said my vote didnt count, cause I don`t have a team......blah blah blah

so i can say anything i want....veto or no veto...change the rule or keep it the same....and yet it wouldn`t matter WHAT I SAY!!!

But its convenient how when i make vote on a rule change, u say my vote doesn`t count but when i say veto, you say my vote counts....
